As an artist I draw inspiration from nature and motivation from the abundance of extra materials I have in my shop.  Geometric wall hangings and mountain scenes, were my way back into creating art of my own, but with the addition of my husbands pottery studio to my wood shop and framing studio...I have been branching out.  I'm exploring and playing with clay, adding clay mountains to my wood scenes and making framed clay tiles.  I have also rediscovered my love of  weaving and have been creating mixed medium vessels and bowls.  I am excited to continue working in this direction!  Stay tuned for more!
